Refund Policy

If your order doesn't start delivering within 72 hours, we'll issue a full refund. If followers drop within 30 days of delivery, we'll refill them for free.

Refunds are not available once an order has been fully delivered, except where required by UK consumer law. Contact support@instgain.co.uk to start a claim.
